Updates an object at an index position in a collection.

Parameters

• index
  Type: System.Int32

  The index of the position to insert this object.

• oldValue
  Type: System.Object

  The string object to be updated.

• newValue
  Type: System.Object

  The string object to be inserted. This object is validated on insertion for non-null, and non-duplicate.
