A String contains a unique name for the file screen template. The name is limited to 4,000 characters and cannot contain commas, single quotes, double quotes, or vertical bars..
Remarks
If a template with the specified name exists, the template fails with FSRM_E_ALREADY_EXISTS when you call the Commit method.
