This method returns a value associated with a property within the specified service.
Syntax

BSTR bstrPropertyName,
BSTR* pbstrPropertyValue
);
Parameters
- bstrPropertyName
[in] Name of the property to retrieve the value for.
- pbstrPropertyValue
[out, retval] Value associated with the property.
Return Value
