The object identifier represents a NIC's knowledge of how busy a radio frequency (RF) spectrum is, as a percentage.
The NIC must start gathering RF usage data once a start request or a join request has been issued by the OS and must refresh the gathering process after each OID_DOT11_RF_USAGE call from the OS.
