This method reads the contents of the data search information general information (DSI_GI) and returns the relative address of the first, second, or third reference picture in the video object unit (VOBU).

Syntax

HRESULT GetRefPictureAddress(
  UINT8 refNo,
  UINT32* pRLBN
);

Parameters

• refNo
  [in] Value of 1, 2, or 3 specifying the desired reference picture, VOBU_1STREF_EA, VOBU_2NDREF_EA, or VOBU_3RDREF_EA.

• pRLBN
  [out] Relative logical block number (RLBN) of the reference picture.

Return Value

If the function succeeds, the return value is S_OK.

If the method fails, the return value may be one of the following error values.
