Waits for the CBaseRenderer::Receive method to complete.

void WaitForReceiveToComplete( );

None.
Return Value
None.
Remarks
Use this method when you want to avoid deadlock which occurs when CBaseRenderer::Stop is called and the CBaseRenderer::Receive has not completed.
