• cbSize
  Structure size in bytes.

• dwParams
  Indicates valid parameters. The following table shows the valid values for this member with a description of each value.

  Value	Description
  RIL_PARAM_STATEATTR_MODE	The fEnable member of the structure is valid.
  RIL_PARAM_STATEATTR_DOWNLINK	The fDownlink member of the structure is valid.
  RIL_PARAM_STATEATTR_UPLINK	The fUplink member of the structure is valid.
  RIL_PARAM_STATEATTR_DIRECTION	The fBothDirComm member of the structure is valid.
  RIL_PARAM_STATEATTR_ORIGINATOR	The fOriginator member of the structure is valid

• fEnable
  Status of unsolicited notification presentation.

• fDownlink
  Status of user connection in the downlink. To indicate an attached connection, set this member to TRUE.

• fUplink
  Status of user connection in the uplink. To indicate an attached connection, set this member to TRUE.

• fBothDirComm
  State of communication directions. To indicate a connection that is enabled in both directions, set this member to TRUE.

• fOriginator
  Indicates if the Mobile Termination (MT) is the originator of the call. To specify if the MT is the call originator, set this member to TRUE.
