IShellNotificationCallback::OnDismiss (Windows Embedded CE 6.0)

This callback method is called when the notification bubble is dismissed. This can happen automatically in the case of a timeout expiry (for priority SHNP_INFORM), or by user action (either selecting a link in the bubble or tapping away). For more information on SHNP_INFORM, see SHNP.

Syntax

Parameters

• dwID
  [in] Specifies the identifier of the notification.

• fTimeout
  [in] Indicates whether the timeout expired. This is only applicable to SHNP_INFORM.

• lParam
  [in] User-defined value passed into SHNotificationAdd.

Return Value

This method returns NOERROR if it is successful.

For a Windows Embedded CE 6.0 device, this method returns S_OK if it was successful.
