The authentication level of the queue specifies whether the queue accepts only authenticated messages.
By default, a queue accepts both authenticated and non-authenticated messages.
To change the authentication level of a queue
- Declare an MSMQQueueInfo object.
- Call MSMQQueueInfo.Refresh to retrieve the registered properties of the queue.
- Set MSMQQueueInfo.Authenticate to the new authentication level.
- Call MSMQQueueInfo.Update to change the authentication level of the queue.
