This callback function determines whether the current field of an interlaced signal is even or odd. It is only required if the DDVPCAPS_READBACKFIELD flag is set in the DDVIDEOPORTCAPS structure.

[in, out] Pointer to a DDHAL_GETVPORTFIELDDATA structure that contains the information required to determine whether the current field of an interlaced signal is even or odd.
