This callback function indicates whether or not the video port is receiving a good signal.

Parameters
- pgvpsd
[in, out] Pointer to a DDHAL_GETVPORTSIGNALDATA structure that contains the signal status information for the specified video port.

Returns one of the following values:
Remarks
If the video port is receiving a good signal, the HAL should set the dwStatus member of the DDHAL_GETVPORTSIGNALDATA structure to DDVPSQ_SIGNALOK; otherwise, it should set dwStatus to DDVPSQ_NOSIGNAL.
