NDISTest 6.5 - 1 Machine - IPSecStdKey

This test validates that OID_TCP_TASK_OFFLOAD_PARAMETERS requests changing the IPsec configuration are handled correctly by the miniport driver and NDIS_STATUS_TASK_OFFLOAD_CURRENT_CONFIG indications are generated as expected.
