on_demand_rate	float On demand rate of the resource.
product	str Azure product ex: Standard_E8s_v3 etc.
region	str Azure resource region ex:EastUS, WestUS etc.
reservation_rate	float Reservation rate of the resource.
resource_type	str The azure resource type.
