Assign Role	Assign a role to principal.
Invite User	Invites a user into the Azure Sphere common tenant.
List Available Roles	Get the list of currently available roles.
List Roles By User	Get the roles assigned to a user within the scope of a tenant.
List Users	Get all of the principals (user) which have roles assigned to them within the scope of a tenant.
Unassign Role	Unassign a role from principal.
