Security subscriptions

This section provides information about security-related subscriptions. As described in the subscription management article, if your organization has enabled the Subscription service, registered Services Hub users can choose to self-subscribe to over 50 security notifications, emails, slide decks, newsletters, and security briefing invitations. Some of these subscriptions pertain to Update Tuesday communications, and others have a wider security focus.

Some examples of the security subscriptions you can sign up for:

  • Detailed email notifications that describe Microsoft monthly security updates. These email messages typically are provided on Update Tuesday and one week before.
  • A long-standing weekly security newsletter. It includes brief blurbs about Microsoft and industry security news.
  • Invitations to live briefings with Microsoft security subject matter experts about Update Tuesday releases and other security events. Briefings are delivered by regional subject matter experts and available in several languages.

To sign up for security subscriptions, follow the instructions in Manage subscriptions within Services Hub to get to the subscriptions list, then:

  1. Select Show Filters.

The Show Filters button outlined in the subscription list.

  2. Put "security" in the "Name" box to view security-related subscription options.
