Whether you're writing a new message, replying to a thread, or forwarding important information, new Outlook for Windows makes email composition fast and intuitive. With built-in tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot, you can draft messages quickly, refine your tone, and get coaching feedback before you hit send. You will learn how to attach files from multiple sources and summarize long threads to stay focused and efficient.

This module goes beyond the basics to introduce advanced mail features that help you work smarter. You explore how to manage shared mailboxes—ideal for team collaboration—and even convert them to full accounts. You’ll learn how to stay productive when working offline, including how to read and write emails, update your calendar, and queue messages to send once you're reconnected.
