Use Store Operations Agent in Microsoft Teams

In this exercise, you assume the role of Monica Rodriguez and follow the steps to respond to a customer's inquiry about the deals at Fabrikam.

  1. Sign in to Microsoft Teams as Monica Rodriguez.

  2. The agent should show as the pinned app on the left navigation pane. Select the agent. The system redirects you to the Teams chat with the agent.

  3. Few default options show on the chat interface. You can test them by selecting one of the options.

  4. You can also try customized questions as shown:

    • What are the deals currently offered by Fabrikam?

    • How do I make payments?

    • How do I know if my online order is secure?
