Summary
Microsoft 365 Copilot for Sales can be deployed and used with both Dynamics 365 and Salesforce CRM systems. The two primary deployment options are as an Add-in in Microsoft Outlook and an App in Microsoft Teams. Once deployed, administrators have various tools at their disposal that can be used to tailor the user experience and functionality.
