Resource isn't displayed

This article helps you troubleshoot issues where a Confluent Cloud resource or its Overview/Delete panes aren't visible in the Azure portal.

Prerequisites

• Access to the Azure portal and the subscription containing the Confluent Cloud resource.
• Permissions to view resources in the subscription.

Problems and solutions

Problem: Overview or Delete panes aren't visible

1. Refresh the page. This error might be an intermittent problem with the portal.
2. If refreshing the page doesn't work, contact Confluent support.

Problem: Confluent Cloud resource isn't visible

• If the Confluent Cloud resource isn't visible in the Azure All resources list, contact Confluent support.
