This article helps you troubleshoot issues where a Confluent Cloud resource or its Overview/Delete panes aren't visible in the Azure portal.
Prerequisites
- Access to the Azure portal and the subscription containing the Confluent Cloud resource.
- Permissions to view resources in the subscription.
Problems and solutions
Problem: Overview or Delete panes aren't visible
- Refresh the page. This error might be an intermittent problem with the portal.
- If refreshing the page doesn't work, contact Confluent support.
Problem: Confluent Cloud resource isn't visible
- If the Confluent Cloud resource isn't visible in the Azure All resources list, contact Confluent support.
