Windows Client System Check For WDDM 1.1 Or Greater Display Driver Support

This automated test verifies that all display adapters/chipsets in the system are using display drivers that are WDDM 1.1 version or greater. This job will be required to pass when all of Graphics-0020 requirement goes into effect on December 1, 2009.
