[The feature associated with this page, DirectShow, is a legacy feature. It has been superseded by MediaPlayer, IMFMediaEngine, and Audio/Video Capture in Media Foundation. The get_DevicePort method retrieves the communication port to which the external device is connected.

Pointer to a long integer that receives one of the following values, indicating the port to which the device is connected:
