The Identifier property gets a name for the certification authority (CA) configuration. The default implementations of IOCSPAdmin and IOCSPCAConfigurationCollection set this value.

The name returned in pVal corresponds to the name used in the bstrIdentifier parameter of the CreateCAConfiguration method.
