IManagedActivationEvents::CreateManagedStub method (comsvcs.h)

Creates a stub for a managed object within the current COM+ context.

Syntax

HRESULT CreateManagedStub(
  [in] IManagedObjectInfo *pInfo,
  [in] BOOL               fDist
);

Parameters

[in] pInfo

A pointer to IManagedObjectInfo that describes the stub for a managed object.

[in] fDist

Indicates whether the created stub is the distinguished stub. A distinguished stub is the stub that controls the lifetime of the current COM+ context.

Return value

This method can return the standard return values E_INVALIDARG, E_OUTOFMEMORY, E_UNEXPECTED, E_FAIL, and S_OK.
