IColumnMapper::GetPropInfoFromId method (indexsrv.h)

Gets the property information from the DBID.

Syntax

HRESULT GetPropInfoFromId(
  [in]  const DBID   *pPropId,
  [out] WCHAR        **pwcsName,
  [out] DBTYPE       *pPropType,
  [out] unsigned int *puiWidth
);

Parameters

[in] pPropId

Pointer to the property to look up.

[out] pwcsName

The return property name.

[out] pPropType

The return type of the property.

[out] puiWidth

The return property width.

Return value

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
