VariantGetDoubleElem function (propvarutil.h)

Extracts one double element from a variant structure.

Syntax

  [in]  REFVARIANT var,
  [in]  ULONG      iElem,
  [out] DOUBLE     *pnVal
);

Parameters

[in] var

Type: REFVARIANT

Reference to a source variant structure.

[in] iElem

Type: ULONG

Specifies vector or array index; otherwise, value must be 0.

[out] pnVal

Type: DOUBLE*

Pointer to the extracted element value.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this function succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
