Parameters
[in] paPos
Pointer to the anchor.
[in] cFilterAttrs
Specifies the number of attributes to obtain.
[in] paFilterAttrs
Pointer to the TS_ATTRID data type that specifies the attribute to verify.
[in] dwFlags
Must be zero.
Return value
This method can return one of these values.
