IWICMetadataWriterInfo::GetHeader method (wincodecsdk.h)

Gets the metadata header for the metadata writer.

Syntax

HRESULT GetHeader(
  [in]      REFGUID           guidContainerFormat,
  [in]      UINT              cbSize,
  [in, out] WICMetadataHeader *pHeader,
  [in, out] UINT              *pcbActual
);

Parameters

[in] guidContainerFormat

Type: REFGUID

The format container GUID to obtain the header for.

[in] cbSize

Type: UINT

The size of the pHeader buffer.

[in, out] pHeader

Type: WICMetadataHeader*

Pointer that receives the WICMetadataHeader.

[in, out] pcbActual

Type: UINT*

The actual size of the header.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
