Support Tickets - Create
Crea una nueva incidencia de soporte técnico para los límites de suscripción y servicio (cuota), problemas técnicos, de facturación y de administración de suscripciones para la suscripción especificada. Obtenga información sobre los requisitos previos de necesarios para crear una incidencia de soporte técnico.
Llame siempre a la API Services y ProblemClassifications para obtener el conjunto más reciente de servicios y categorías de problemas necesarios para la creación de incidencias de soporte técnico.
La adición de datos adjuntos no se admite actualmente a través de la API. Para agregar un archivo a una incidencia de soporte técnico existente, visite la página Administrar incidencias de soporte técnico en Azure Portal, seleccione la incidencia de soporte técnico y use el control de carga de archivos para agregar un nuevo archivo.
Actualmente, no se admite el consentimiento para compartir información de diagnóstico con el soporte técnico de Azure a través de la API. El ingeniero de soporte técnico de Azure que trabaja en el vale se pondrá en contacto con usted para obtener su consentimiento si el problema requiere recopilar información de diagnóstico de los recursos de Azure.
Creación de una incidencia de soporte técnico para on-behalf-of: incluya el encabezado x-ms-authorization-auxiliary para proporcionar un token auxiliar según la documentación. El token principal será del inquilino para el que se genera una incidencia de soporte técnico en la suscripción, es decir, el inquilino del cliente del proveedor de soluciones en la nube (CSP). El token auxiliar será del inquilino del asociado del proveedor de soluciones en la nube (CSP).
