Créer un fichier de connexion de données Office

Les informations contenues dans cet article expliquent comment créer un fichier de connexion de données Office pour vous connecter à un serveur Azure Analysis Services à partir d'Excel 2016 avec le numéro de version 16.0.7369.2117 ou une version antérieure, ou à partir d'Excel 2013. Un fournisseur MSOLAP.7 mis à jour est également requis.

  1. Copiez l’exemple de fichier de connexion ci-dessous et collez-le dans un éditeur de texte.

  2. Dans odc:ConnectionString, modifiez les propriétés suivantes :

    • Dans Data Source=asazure://<region>.asazure.windows.net/<servername>;, changez <region> pour la région de votre serveur Analysis Services et <servername> pour le nom de votre serveur.

    • Remplacez <database> par le nom de votre base de données dans Initial Catalog=<database>;.

  3. Dans <odc:CommandText>Model</odc:CommandText>, remplacez Model par le nom de votre modèle ou de votre perspective.

  4. Enregistrez le fichier avec une .odc extension dans le dossier C :\Users\username\Documents\My Data Sources.

  5. Cliquez avec le bouton droit sur le fichier, puis cliquez sur Ouvrir dans Excel. Dans Excel, dans le ruban Données , cliquez sur Connexions existantes, sélectionnez votre fichier, puis cliquez sur Ouvrir.
