Mappages de fonctions de texte générique

Les mappages de routine de texte générique sont définis dans TCHAR.H. _tccpy et _tclen mappez aux fonctions dans le modèle MBCS ; elles sont mappées à des macros ou des fonctions inline dans les modèles SBCS et Unicode à des fins d’exhaustivité.
