Remarque
- L’autorisation Group.ReadWrite.All est prise en charge uniquement pour la compatibilité descendante. Nous vous recommandons de mettre à jour vos solutions pour utiliser une autorisation différente répertoriée dans le tableau précédent et d’éviter d’utiliser ces autorisations à l’avenir.
- Les autorisations d’application sont uniquement prises en charge pour la migration. À l’avenir, Microsoft pourra exiger que vous ou vos clients payiez des frais supplémentaires en fonction du volume de données importées.

Corps de la demande
Dans le corps de la demande, fournissez une représentation JSON d’un objet de message . Seule la propriété body est obligatoire. Les autres propriétés sont facultatives.
Réponse
Si elle réussit, cette méthode retourne 201 Created le code de réponse avec le message qui a été créé.
