Le programme de certification des appareils Microsoft Teams garantit que les appareils répondent à une norme élevée, avec des objectifs de performances plus élevés et des métriques de qualité pour l’ensemble de l’expérience Teams (audio, vidéo, interface utilisateur). Microsoft et les partenaires OEM collaborent activement pour garantir que les appareils répondent à toutes les exigences de certification, notamment la sécurité, la qualité audio et vidéo, l’expérience Teams et l’accessibilité.
Les programmes de certification sont conçus pour garantir que tous les appareils certifiés exécutent une version Android avec les fonctionnalités requises pour Teams et teams Administration Center. Les dates de fin de la certification sont basées sur la version Android en cours d’exécution sur l’appareil lorsqu’il entre dans le programme de certification. Nos partenaires OEM travaillent à prolonger la durée de vie de la certification en mettant à niveau la version d’Android et en recertifiant, ou en publiant de nouveaux modèles à la pointe de la technique.
Microsoft s’engage à certifier les appareils sur les dernières versions Android disponibles pour les appareils Teams tant que les partenaires OEM et les fabricants de SoC sont en mesure de répondre à toutes les exigences de certification en vigueur au moment de la certification de l’appareil.
Microsoft et ses partenaires OEM développent continuellement des produits pour répondre aux besoins du marché et améliorer l’expérience des appareils Teams. Pendant le cycle de vie du produit, certains produits peuvent recevoir une mise à niveau du système d’exploitation avant l’expiration de leur certification et subir une recertification, tandis que d’autres peuvent ne pas être recertifiés et seront finalement abandonnés par l’OEM.
Nous reconnaissons que l’expiration de la certification des appareils peut avoir un impact sur votre activité. Nos partenaires OEM ont des politiques de fin de vie détaillées pour vous aider et vous diriger vers l’adoption de nouvelles technologies. Après l’expiration d’une certification, Microsoft s’engage à prendre en charge la dernière version des applications d’appareils Teams sur les appareils certifiés pendant une période de deux (2) ans après la fin de la période de certification. Bien que Microsoft fasse tout son possible pour maintenir le support comme décrit ici, il conserve la discrétion de modifier sa stratégie de support si nécessaire. Si des modifications se produisent, ces modifications sont communiquées par le biais des canaux de communication clients établis.
