HResults.DTS_E_INSERTEREXPECTBOMINVALIDTYPE Field

The "%1!s!" has the ExpectBOM property set to TRUE for %2!s!, but the column is not NT_NTEXT. The ExpectBOM specifies that the Import Column transformation expects a byte-order mark (BOM). Either set the ExpectBOM property to false or change the output column data type to DT_NTEXT.
