Creates a new IDTSExternalMetadataColumn90 at the specified location in a collection.

Notes

This method creates a new IDTSExternalMetadataColumn90 column and adds it to the specified location in the collection. If the location specified by the lIndex parameter is outside the bounds of the collection, then an Microsoft.SqlServer.Dts.HResults.DTS_E_INVALIDINDEX exception occurs and the column is not created.
