A DataSet system object value that contains an enumerated list of statistical information. The DataSet contains a set of DataTable objects, which contain the following columns.

Column	Data type	Description
RANGE_ROWS	Int32	The estimated number of rows from the table that fall within a histogram step, excluding the upper bound.
EQ_ROWS	Int32	The estimated number of rows from the table that are equal in value to the upper bound of the histogram step.
DISTICT_RANGE_ROWS	Int32	The estimated number of distinct values within a histogram step, excluding the upper bound.
RANGE_HI_KEY	Int32	The upper bound value of a histogram step.
