Details of the topic specified by the numeric string ID.
Topics can be added to a thread either while posting a message or by adding the Topic after the fact. Users can follow topics to be notified about messages related to a topic. Topics, along with their ids, can be retrieved using search or autocomplete.
A 200 OK response includes the following fields:
