Microsoft Visual C++のインストール等が完了できない

ヴァロラントをプレイしようとしたところこのようなエラーメッセージがでてできません。

どうすれば良いのかご教授お願い致します。

    要求されているファイルが明らかにおかしいです。

    最新のフルセットのMicrosoft Visual C++ Redistributable 2015, 2017 and 2019をインストールしてみてください。

    エラーメッセージが表示されている状態で
