指定された引数で正規の 'GeographyPolygonFromText' 関数を呼び出す DbFunctionExpression を作成します。 polygonWellKnownText には文字列の結果型が必要ですが、coordinateSystemId には整数の数値結果型が必要です。 式の結果型は Edm.Geography です。
