	IsBlank	識別子のすべてのプロパティが空白かどうかを示す値を取得します。
	IsIdBlank	識別子が空白 (空) であるかどうかを示す値を取得します。
	Name	識別子のわかりやすい名前を取得または設定します。

この型の public static (Visual Basic では Shared) のメンバーはすべて、スレッド セーフです。インスタンス メンバーの場合は、スレッド セーフであるとは限りません。
