새 API 키를 만드는 것은 쉽고 DocuWare 내에서 수행할 수 있습니다.
다음 단계에 따라 DocuWare에서 새 API 키를 만듭니다.
- Power Automate에서 사용하려는 DocuWare 계정에 로그인
- 주 메뉴에서 "구성"으로 이동합니다.
- "구성" 페이지에서 "통합" 섹션으로 이동하여 "Power Automate API 키" 아이콘을 클릭합니다.
- "Power Automate API 키" 아이콘이 표시되지 않으면 사용자에게 올바른 권한이 없을 수 있습니다. 이 문제를 해결하려면 DocuWare 관리자에게 문의하세요.
- "API 키 만들기" 단추를 클릭합니다.
- "이름" 및 "설명"(선택 사항) 값을 입력하고 "만들기"를 클릭합니다.
- "만들기"를 누른 후 구성 프로세스에서 키를 만들 때 약간의 지연이 있을 수 있습니다.
- 또한 API 키를 저장해야 합니다. 전체 API 키를 볼 수 있는 유일한 기회입니다. 이 키를 분실한 경우 다른 키를 만들어야 합니다.
이제 Power Automate에서 DocuWare에 대한 연결을 만드는 데 사용할 수 있는 유효한 API 키가 있습니다. 이 연결은 DocuWare Power Automate 커넥터와 함께 사용할 수 있습니다.
커넥터 시작
Power Automate에서 연결을 만드는 것은 쉽고 흐름을 만들 때 수행할 수 있습니다.
다음 단계에 따라 Power Automate에서 새 연결을 만듭니다.
- Power Automate에 로그인
- 새 흐름 만들기 또는 기존 흐름 열기
- DocuWare Power Automate 커넥터의 활동을 흐름에 추가
- 흐름에 새 단계를 추가하려면 "+ 새 단계"를 클릭합니다.
- "작업 선택"이 표시되면 범주 선택에서 "모두"를 선택한 다음 검색 필드에 "DocuWare"를 입력합니다.
- "DocuWare" 커넥터를 선택한 다음 사용 가능한 작업 목록에서 선택합니다.
- 작업이 흐름에 추가되면 새 연결을 만들라는 메시지가 표시됩니다.
- 이전 섹션에서 DocuWare에서 받은 연결 이름("연결 이름") 및 API 키("API 키")를 입력하고 "만들기"를 클릭합니다.
이 시점부터 DocuWare 커넥터에서 추가된 모든 활동이 이 연결을 사용합니다. "..."을 클릭하여 추가 연결을 만들 수 있습니다. 활동의 오른쪽 위 모서리에서 팝업되는 메뉴 아래쪽에서 "+ 새 연결 추가"를 클릭합니다.
알려진 문제 및 제한 사항
현재 DocuWare의 Power Automate 커넥터는 새 Power Automate Flow 디자이너에서 지원되지 않습니다.
일반적인 오류 및 해결
HTTP 오류 코드:
- 400: 활동의 모든 필수 필드를 입력해야 합니다. 일부 필드는 필수이며 작업을 실행하기 전에 작성해야 합니다.
- 401: 올바른 API 키를 입력했는지 확인합니다. "구성" 페이지의 "통합" -> "Power Automate API 키"에서 API 키의 상태를 확인할 수도 있습니다.
- 404: 지정된 문서 및/또는 파일 캐비닛이 있고 해당 문서에 액세스할 수 있는지 확인합니다. 문서 또는 파일 캐비닛이 없거나 문서 또는 파일 캐비닛에 액세스할 수 없는 경우 오류 404가 표시됩니다.
- 500: 여러 가지 문제로 인해 발생할 수 있는 일반적인 오류입니다. 이 오류가 발생하면 DocuWare 지원에 문의하세요.
