연결 설정

이 커넥터를 구성하려면 다음이 필요합니다.

  1. API 키 인증에 사용됩니다. FieldEquip 지원 팀에서 요청할 수 있습니다.

  2. 원본 URL 요청을 보낼 기본 URL입니다. 온보딩 시 FieldEquip에서 제공합니다.

  3. 요청 본문 고급 매개 변수로 전달됩니다. 다음을 모두 지원합니다.

    • 단일 JSON 개체
    • 여러 개체를 포함하는 배열

본문 구조가 각 작업에 대해 정의된 스키마와 일치하는지 확인합니다.

FieldEquip 커넥터 시작

다음은 커넥터에서 현재 사용할 수 있는 지원되는 작업 목록입니다.

고객 운영

  • 고객 만들기: FieldEquip 플랫폼에 고객 데이터를 삽입합니다.
  • 고객 업데이트: 기존 고객 레코드를 업데이트합니다.

작업 순서 작업

  • 작업 순서 만들기: 새 작업 순서 레코드를 만듭니다.
  • 작업 순서 업데이트: 기존 작업 주문을 업데이트합니다.

항목 및 인벤토리 작업

  • 항목 만들기: 새 항목 레코드를 추가합니다.
  • 업데이트 항목: 항목 세부 정보를 업데이트합니다.
  • 인벤토리 만들기: 항목에 대한 인벤토리 레코드를 만듭니다.
  • 항목 조정 만들기: 특정 항목에 대한 인벤토리 수량을 조정합니다.

사용자 작업

  • 사용자 만들기: FieldEquip에 사용자 레코드를 추가합니다.
  • 사용자 업데이트: 기존 사용자 정보를 업데이트합니다.

위치 작업

Troubleshooting

  • 401 권한 없음: API 키 또는 원본 URL이 유효하고 올바른 테넌트/환경과 연결되어 있는지 확인합니다.
  • 400 잘못된 요청: 요청 본문이 필요한 스키마와 일치하는지 확인합니다.
  • 시간 제한 오류: 페이로드 크기를 줄이거나 대규모 업데이트를 더 작은 일괄 처리로 중단합니다.
