BehaviorSubject의 IObservable 인터페이스에 대해 데이터를 게시하는 방법을 보여 줄 두 개의 구독이 만들어집니다.
구독 #1 : 이 구독은 처음부터 시작되며 생성자(-9)의 초기 버퍼링된 값을 시퀀스에 표시합니다.
