Error while Installing Team Foundation Server

I tried to install Team Foundation Server on a Windows 2003 Server machine which is in WorkGroup.

Every time I tried, it showed me some error messages, especially related with Reporting Services.

While searching the way to resolve, I've found some useful check list for the time when we encountered the error message.
