ISearchContext::GetSearchStyle method (shlobj_core.h)

Overrides the registry settings that determine how an autosearch is performed.

Syntax

HRESULT GetSearchStyle(
  [in] DWORD *pdwSearchStyle
);

Parameters

[in] pdwSearchStyle

Type: DWORD

A pointer to a DWORD value that indicates how the search is performed.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
