Gets the Boolean value that specifies whether the local server cursors are used by default. This property is not CLS-compliant.

Property Value
A Boolean value that specifies whether local cursors are used by default. If True, local cursors are used. If False (default), local cursors are not used and the cursors are implemented at the client.
