Parameters

• id
  An Int32 value that uniquely identifies the SystemMessage object that is a member of the SystemMessageCollection collection.

• language
  A String value that specifies the language in which the system message is written. Language name formats are listed in sys.syslanguages system table, us_english, British, and Deutsch for example.

Return Value

A SystemMessage object that has the specified ID value.
