IShellFolderViewDual::SelectItem method (shldisp.h)

Sets the selection state of an item in the view.

Syntax

HRESULT SelectItem(
  [in] VARIANT *pvfi,
  [in] int     dwFlags
);

Parameters

[in] pvfi

Type: VARIANT*

A VARIANT object.

[in] dwFlags

Type: int

The flags representing the state of the object.

Return value

Type: HRESULT

If this method succeeds, it returns S_OK. Otherwise, it returns an HRESULT error code.
