IContextLinks interface

Contains a collection of objects that implement the IContextLink interface.

GetContextLink	Retrieves the IContextLink at the specified index.
GetCount	Retrieves the number of IContextLink objects in this collection.

This is usually accessed through the IContextNode::GetContextLinks method.
