Hi GitHub Team,
I’m trying to take my certification exam following the provided instructions, but I’ve encountered an error when attempting to start the test through the PSI Secure Browser.
As soon as I click to install the secure browser and start the test, I receive the following server error message:
"An unexpected server error occurred. Code: OHNDKMAOEAMQH:00000684"
I’ve already restarted the process, disabled pop-up blockers, and followed all platform instructions, but the issue persists and is preventing me from starting the test.
I’ve attached a screenshot of the error message to help with troubleshooting.
I’d like to know if there is an alternative way for me to complete the certification, especially considering the deadline and possible system instability due to high demand.

Try launching the exam again directly from your GitHub Certification dashboard.
If the problem persists after these steps, please provide the following so we can escalate the issue to PSI support immediately:
Your exam name and registration ID
Your operating system (Windows or macOS, with version)
The exact time (with timezone) you last attempted to start the exam
