Como listar codificadores instalados

Talvez você queira listar os codificadores de imagem disponíveis em um computador para determinar se seu aplicativo pode salvar em um formato de arquivo de imagem específico. A classe ImageCodecInfo fornece os métodos estáticos GetImageEncoders para que você possa determinar quais codificadores de imagem estão disponíveis. GetImageEncoders retorna uma matriz de objetos ImageCodecInfo.
